Flexible, dynamic branding for Sony’s new label group

Music giants Sony needed a visual identity to represent their new label group, Associated Labels. Comprising a handful of independent labels, they required a logo solution which allows for a changing roster of labels, whilst providing a strong and consistent parent-group identity.
Our solution was to house the central “A” logo at the heart of an atomic-themed design – with a moving cluster of orbiting sub-brands rotating within the group.
Dynamic when animated and engaging on the page, this brand solution blended the flexibility to cater for label changes with an instantly recognisable visual identity.
