Fluid proudly supported One Direction in creating the global identity for their latest chart-topping album: FOUR. Our brief was to represent the energy, personality and unity of the band as they gain an increased amount of traction with a wider, maturing audience.
The musicality of FOUR was more sophisticated than anything heard from the boys until that point. The visual identity of the album reflected this by taking a more stark and honest approach to capturing their personalities and joint chemistry.
One Direction sold 4.6 million albums worldwide in 2014 alone. We were especially proud to see our split image format inspiring a wide range of artwork in the music and fashion sector.
