Rake – modern, high quality tailoring for gentlemen of rogue habits, seducers of all things beautiful, libertines of their day. We were tasked with creating a visual identity to evoke the brand’s with confidence and will not to confirm. Using specially commissioned Rankin photography as a backdrop we built a website whose content portrayed the clothing as a flexible luxury, subtly incorporating the brand’s signature annulus halo into the design.
Since launch the brand has featured prominently in press as diverse as The New York Times, GQ, Vogue, Mail on Sunday and the FT. As a result of the campaign’s success the client has commissioned further promotional material for gallery presentations in Paris and London. Rake’s success has lead to expansion across the Far East and Russia.
