Overview

Following successful brand work for Napoleon and Shogun, longtime partners Sega/Creative Assembly continued our tenure as Total War brand guardians in the run up to the long awaited launch of Total War: Rome II. Our job was to develop another all-encompassing global identity.

With a compelling tone of raw, gritty realism, our visuals convey the human drama and personal experience which lie at the heart of the game. Authenticity was key and weeks of research into the Roman Republic produced intricately detailed artwork presented on an epic scale.

Results

After winning multiple awards at E3 2013 Rome II went on to become the fastest selling Total War title ever.
