UNLIKE U
We still like to keep a breast of what’s going on, down in the underground. Being big fans of the rawness of graffiti here, This video trailer really caught my eye, it’s a gritty portrayal of the dedicated writers from Berlin. Berlin is one of the places in the world where illegal graffiti is still very much alive and well. Personally I think this is due to the state of the economy there, and cleaning graffiti is not high on their priority list. Below is a extract from the website and be sure to check the the above trailer. Well shot and insightful.

HAITI WITH LOVE

To Haiti With Love is an initiative by artists around the world to raise money for the rebuilding of Haiti. It’s a simple scheme where you just buy a postcard and send it and the money raised goes to funding new houses in Haiti. Lee Basord & Jonny from fluid combined forces to do a one off piece for the show.
The campaign has gone down a storm in the creative community, with the Anthony Burrill, Ben Javen’s Genevieve Gauckler, David Shrigley & Shepard Fairey all getting involved in this good cause. Check the website out here.
