Is it Autumn yet? It is at MODA!

With MODA coming up, we're thinking all things Autumn/Winter ('19 of course)! To celebrate all things fashion, we wanted to give you a never seen before look at our trend board for Autumn/Winter 2019!

MODA Fashion AW19

'Express Yourself' is all about custom heavy painted fabrics - large bold prints, custom layering, heavy silks and distressed denim. The colours are rich, with heavy bases and slashes of warm tones on top. It’s luxurious and warm - just what we yearn for when the colder days hit... if they ever do!

Fluid In Fashion

We love all things fashion here at Fluid, and try to weave fashion trends and themes through every project we do - be they kids, adults or lifestyle brands. MODA at the NEC Birmingham looks at brands from accessories to footwear, across male and female product lines. We are particularly interested in how the divide between the sexes is dissolving more every season!

With crossover in branding increasing in prominence - and being so central to our creative thinking - we've put together a quick list of brands we feel would make great fashion-led CP programmes (they also happen to be brands we would love to work with - of course!).

Top 5 brands we'd love to work with are;

Vans (no connection to my trainer addiction of course)!

Starting out in 1966, Vans are now a huge cornerstone brand. They are easily recognised for their distinctive illustrative style, they aren't just marketing to one group of people - Vans are for all. We love lifestyle brands with a rich heritage we can explore - especially ones that allow a diverse range of creativity!


Nike have been around since 1964, and are one the world's leading sports brands. They're well known for their athletic sponsorships - which include Mo Farah, Maria Sharapova, LeBron James and Michelle Wie. They also own Converse - which has been around since 1908 and is a huge brand in its own right.


Recognised for its distinctive red branding, Coca-Cola have been around since 1886! In 1928, they became the first commercial sponsor for the Olympic Games and to this day still sponsor them. Well known for their Christmas campaigns, the iconic red trucks decorated with Christmas lights has been around since 1995 - and now they travel across the UK every Christmas!


Off-White are a new company established in 2012 by Virgil Abloh. Off-White have collaborations with companies such as Nike, Timberland, IKEA and Levi's - amongst others. They walk the line between catwalk and street fashion, with products changing from season to season, but always embracing the now.


Netfilx is the largest digital media and entertainment company in the world, and is one of the most successful dot-com ventures! Netflix are the kings of original tv shows, movies and documentaries - with smash hits including Narcos, 13 Reasons Why, Stranger Things and Mindhunter.
