Tackling moods and colours through MTV logo play

The MTV Moods Fast Fashion Pack is inspired by the new phase of the on-air design evolution aimed at Generation Z and Millennials. The new look is reflective of this generations erratic emotional shifts, humanising the brand.

In this guide, the focus is design elements of the primary moods: Happiness, Sadness, Love, Anger, Chill and Energy. Each feeling has its own signifying colour, paired with complimentary logos, icons and patterns.

Product ranges can feature separate moods or paired moods to create juxtapositions e.g. Happy x Sad, Love x Anger, Chill x Energetic.
